All requests for the use of Latino Learning Center, Inc’s (LLC’s) facilities, including but not limited to the hall, classrooms, offices, parking lots, etc., must be submitted to the CEO/President for review, approval/denial, and scheduling. The use of the LLC’s facilities is subject to the following guidelines:

1. Use of the LLC’s facilities must comply with LLC’s mission, such as training, communicating information related to medical and/or financial services, distribution of services to the indigent and veterans (Food Bank, vaccinations, etc.), workshops.
2. Use of the LLC’s facilities is approved for community conventions and meetings at an approved rental rate.
3. Use of LLC’s facilities by community organizations approved by the LLC Board is allowed.
4. LLC facilities cannot be used for partisan politics.
